In any collaborative environment, it becomes the responsibility of each member of a team, rather that a group, for the collective success of all. However instead of a "group effort," the team works collaboratively using individual accountability. Each team member has a specific role that contributes to the overall success of the PLC team. Team members choose the roles and then rotate regularly.
